How has farming changed over the years?

My son got out of the army 2 years ago and a lot of things have changed about him.?

  • i raised him in a good city enviroment. when he told that he was going into the army i was totally opposed of it. now that it has been 2 years since he was in the army a lot of things have changed. he moved to arizona and owns a local bar. he married a farming girl. she is really attractive and is a bar tender at his place. owns a 4x4 pickup truck. the bar is a mans heaven with pool tables, live music, posters of bakini girls.. this is not how i raised my son. he used to be a quite shy good boy, now he is a roudy rough country boy. he got scholarships to go to eastern universities for his grades, but he wasted those and joined the army. he saw action and did his 6 years. the army changed him. his bar has blue collar people, red necks, bikers, truckers, even his veteran buddies. these people are innapropriate people. his bar has a liquar license. my son even has a concealed gun permit. why does my son like this life more

  • Answer:

He basically grew up. He's old enough to make his own decisions, and he made his choice. He's happy, so why don't u just support him. If he isn't doing anything illegal and doing fine then whats wrong? Only that he didn't take the path that u wanted him to take, it doesn't make him any less of your son. I know you are just concerned (all parents want what is best for their children) but u have to trust him and hope for the best. And by what u said he has and is doing, he seems do be doing fine, it just isn't what u want. Maybe he wants to be a rebel and live life to the fullest lol just be there for him, no one wants to be up tight, loosen up a little. Try seeing it from his eyes. HAVE FUN =] Hope everything works out!
