sure.... if and only if... 1) its not on contract by metro 2) its on contract by metro, but you canceled it and paid the ETF fee and final bill down to $0.00 3) not reported lost and stolen 4) Cricket says ok... just call Cricket... and flash it... they will tell you if the ESN is dirty (1-4 above wasnt met!) and cannot be flashed
