Where are the best camp ground between Iowa and Florida?

Where can I tent camp on a beach in the south east?

  • Two friends and I have spring break coming up soon and, instead of doing the typical PCB scene, we just want to camp out on a beach for a few days. We're currently in Iowa so we're hoping to find somewhere thats less than an 11 hour drive away. Preferably a beach with clear waters and white sand :) and not florida
