How can I stop my leg/knee shaking?

I unconsciously shake my legs/knees, a LOT...specially at work. I don't mean to do it. I've noticed that I do it the most when I'm totally concentrating on something. It helps me think clearly. Often, I listen to music so that I can at least feel like I have some control over it (I guess I shake my legs to the rhythm when I listen to music). I know I have a lot of stress in my life, and I'm continually going to doctors to try to lower that. However, it's annoying my coworkers to the point where they're getting really angry with me. They'll say, "I'm not even joking, anymore," and all I can say is, "I'm sorry, but neither am I when I say that I can't control it." I need to figure out a way to stop or reduce it before I get "quarantined." Can anyone help me???

Did you have some tonsillitis or sore throat that happened frequently in your life? That could have caused such kind of tic which is not a serious condition, unless you consider it as: Shaking legs syndrome or Restless leg syndrome( search about it in Google, or Medicine net site)
