Can my wife get visa if i get job in USA company in USA?

  • recently i got a job online in america, and now i m on the way to fly to USA. here in my country i have a lovely sweet girl friend, i want to marry her soon. when i go to USA and start working there, can i get a visa to my girl friend or to my wife? i got work visa in USA and i am working in big company in USA, so can i get visa to my wife? any one know what is the rules of USA in this kind of situations? thanks all

    Your wife could get a dependent visa, your girlfriend couldn't. It depends a bit what kind of visa you have, but on most dependent visas she won't be allowed to work, but she can stay with you in the US as long as both your visas are valid.

Hmm. Have you got a real job? Sorry for being a skeptic but if you had a real job, you would have been through all the visa issues and would know that girlfriends cannot get a visa to the US.

your girlfriend can only join you if you are actually married if you get an H1b visa she will get an H-4 she will not be allowed to work if you got this job recently i an suspicious as no appliction are accepted until 1 April for an Oct start if they have asked for any fees its a scam

You have bigger problems that getting your girlfriend a visa. You need to get yourself a visa. It sounds like you are involved in a scam. Job offers in the US don't work like that. The employer needs to get you a visa. Have they done that? If they haven't, neither you nor your girlfriend are coming to the US. There are no girlfriend visas to the US. She has to get her own visa on her own merits. Only your wife and minor children can get derivative visas based on your visa. And they can not work in the US.
