I need major help with iTunes.

Need itunes help ASAP?

  • okay so before my itunes opens this thing pops up and says "itunes has detected and problem with your audio confuguration. audio/video playback maynot operate correctly" and when i go to play and song it just stays on pause and doesnt play and when i try to move the tick to make it go backwards or forwards it just goes to the time and stays there and i cant transfer anything to my itunes like if i try adding a song it just doesnt add please help asap bevause its never done thing before and ive tried everything i could think of ive turned my cp on and off and downloaded a new itunes and a few other things so if you could help me id REALLY appreciate it because im not sure if its my cp or itunes
