How do I get a job in the field I am studying for?

How likely am I to a get a Job with just an A+ certification?

  • I am currently studying to get my A+. I'll be taking it before the end of the month. I am going start applying to as many different places I can. How likely am I to get a job with minimal experience in the IT field? Are there any other certifications that I could get that would increase my chances of get hired? Any information or Advice would be much appreciated! Jacob

    being A+ certified is a good thing but wont really get you a job per se but if by job you meaan best buy/geeksqaud then it might give you an edge over other applicants A+ Certification only gets you through the door you need other high level certifications to make a career or atleast a stable job like: CCNA, CCNP, MCITP, MCTS (In the past you could have only got MCITP or MCSE), and Network+ *You can always start your own repair business* http://www.zdnet.co.uk/news/jobs/2010/09/23/ten-most-valuable-certifications-for-it-pros-40090072/
