Xbox 360 help fixing?

I bought a broke. Jagged xbox that wounding boot expecting to unjtaggit so I took out the wires from the jtag and now I'm wondering how I flash or whatever I do to get the box to boot up. Do I flash the NAND. I have no clue what any of this means can someone give a step by step or easy directions that are for dummies. P.S. When I turn the 360 on it shows the green middle light but never does the boot up sequence of lights or on the tv screen. And I know all the wires are right and work cause they work on my other xbox. And before I took the wires out it did the same thing
