Does this seem like a real deal on eBay? (website)?

Toms are $40 , &on ebay they're $18! Plus shipping is free. Does this seem true? The sellers ratings are 97% Should I get these? I've never boughten off ebay & I'm so paranoid of being ripped off or scammed :(

They look real, but the seller is probably using a picture that he took of the Internet. Also the price gives a bad sign :/ It might be too good to be true. I would not buy them for my girl friend if I had one lmao
