What's the difference between SAT and SAT subject tests?

Are there International SAT and SAT Subject Tests in the 2nd half of the year for Singapore?

  • Are there International SAT and SAT Subject Tests in the 2nd half of the year for Singapore? What months are they likely to be in? I'm looking for the SAT exam, as well as the SAT Subject tests for Biology, Chemistry and Math. Oh, and is it necessary/advisable to take both levels 1 and 2 for Math? Or does simply taking a level 2 suffice, for Business or Accountancy courses? Thanks! :)

  • Answer:

You can find the exact dates of the tests held through June and then the projected dates farther down the page here: http://professionals.collegeboard.com/testing/sat-reasoning/register/test-dates Pretty much all subject tests are offered every single time with the exception of some of the foreign language tests. If you can do well on Math II, there's really no reason to take Math I because Math II is more advanced concepts. You should probably check with your particular schools, but it's unlikely that they have a preference or would post that online.
