What are some "At home" workouts for Wrestling?

Im 14 years of age I run a mile in 8:40 I weigh 131 pounds And im 5.6 1/2 for height Thanks , and hope someone comes back to me with a answer (:

Improve your mile time, get it down to at least 7:30. Alternate between sprints and long distance (around 3 miles) to improve your endurance. Do squats, push ups, and sit-ups mostly. Do some bicep curls. Most of all focus on running though, I know that's not what you want to hear but at is what will make you a better wrestler.
