Is Ojai, CA a good place to live?

  • Don't laugh at me but I first saw it in a movie (Yeah, Easy A) and it made me want to drool. I live in Hawaii and my parents think that California isn't a good place to live in general but I really want to go to college there and then maybe move to Ojai later on, but I'm not sure. So is Ojai a good place to live? And if you live in California, do you know any other place that is a good place to settle at?

    Ojai is nowhere near the Santa Barbara County wine country. Ojai is in Ventura County. It's a nice enough place, but it's too small for my tastes. I prefer San Luis Obispo.

Ojai is a fabulous place to live. It is a part of the Santa Barabra wine country. Anywhere in that region is really nice. But it is some of the most expensive real estate in the country.
