PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTFICATION EXAM REQUIREMENT QUERY?

  • I am a Bachelor of Pharmacy from India. Currently i am in USA , NJ . I want to give the Pharmacy technician certification exam. But the eligibility requirements are high school diploma or GED. So can anyone throw light on high school diploma as to what it is and CAN MY BACHELOR OF PHARMACY DEGREE(INDIA) EQUIVALENT TO HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. PLS HELP

  • Answer:

I don't think you would have to worry about having a high school diploma if you have a bachelors degree in pharmacy. You shouldn't have any trouble passing the PTCB certification exam with your background. I would suggest that you contact http://www.PTCB.org directly for more information and to see if you qualify to take the exam. Good luck!
