Can you tell me what to expect at Treasure Island beach Florida?

• Can you tell me what to expect at Treasure Island beach Florida? I am going to Florida in April to visit Treasure Island beach. Can anyone tell me what to expect as far as the water clarity/color,size of waves,and describe the color and texture of the sand there and are they the same or almost the same as Siesta Key beach. Because I normally go there but I wanted to try another beach this time but at the same time I hope its as good as Siesta Key beach. Any thoughts comments or opinions / ratings would be most appreciated .Please give As much detail about the sand and water as you can possibly give. Thank you for your help! Oh and I am going to be staying at a place called Page Terrace Beachfront Motel. I don't know what end of the island its at but the address is 10500 Gulf Boulevard Treasure Island Fl. 33706.
