What to clean a plasma TV with?

What Does The SEIN FPD FULL NON LAN BOARD Do In My Plasma TV?

  • I have a Toshiba 50HP95 Plasma TV. The other day my TV would not turn on. I went online looking for a solution and it seems this is sort of a common problem. There was a video on You Tube from a guy who had the same problem. He disconnected a small connector in the back of his TV and it worked fine. I downloaded the schematic for my model TV and found the plug he was talking about which was on a panel in the back of my TV called "Sein FPD Full Non Lan Board" Does anybody know what this board does in a TV? I don't understand why the TV would work like new by disconnecting one of the 5 wire connector to this board. I called Toshiba's Tech Dept and they had no idea. Besides wanting to know what this Sein Board does, if i continue to use my TV with this connector unplugged, will it eventually ruin my TV

  • Answer:

It glitches the device.... This could be the device/software problem... [damaged/glitched] report that problem to the mechanical service since they are more likely to solve your problem... Good luck!
