Best location to stay in Belfast for the night, for nightlife?

Bachelorette party in Cherokee?

  • My cousin is getting married in May. Neither of us have ever been gambling, so we planned a small weekend party/trip for late April in Cherokee. BUT she decided to invite her sister to come along because she's also in the wedding party; however she's only 18 and therefore unable to gamble or even enter the casino apparently. SO considering that we won't be spending much time (maybe a few hours one day) in the casino, what else is there to do and is cherokee still a good idea? We like to eat, shop, drink, etc.. A few questions: Does Cherokee have a nightlife (not clubs, but bars and things for young people to do at night on the weekends)? We would really like to go tubing but I know tubing in helen for example doesn't open until late May, we will be in Cherokee the weekend of the 27th, will any tubing companies be open then ? I haven't been able to find any informarion on location, preferably I would like to stay in a "square" where everything (shops, bars, restaurants) is within walking distance, does cherokee have this? If so, what are the street names so I can search for a hotel accordingly? Any help is appreciated!

I know for sure

Sorry,Kings,I've never even been to NC. I've been to Atlantic City, though, and I've talked to people who have been to several different gaming places. From what I understand, there should be lots of other things to do. Most people who gamble don't stay in the casino 24/7,and there's usually lots of businesses just waiting for the winners to start spending their loot. Good luck, hope you all have a good time.
