What model is this bike?

What model of mongoose bike is mine?

  • Back when I was about 14 or 15, a friend bought me a used [But at the time, not-so-old] Mongoose thick-framed street bike. So I believe it's model to be between 1999-2006 Now I'm 23 and I've grown out of it and have a friend interested in it. I want to show them a picture of it's model when it was new, but can't seem to find anything in google images. Here are it's spec's -Factory purple rimmed wheels -Factory [Seems larger than than usual] mongoose engraved sprocket. -Really thick, but sleek frame [All straight, no exotic curves like some thick frames]. -Originally had what I'm told was a black gyro feature [The parts are still there, but not-functioning] -See-through mongoose grips. The grippers themselves were actually tiny mongoose logos. Anyone know anything about this bike? I'm told it was fairly expensive in it's release year [Between $300-700] and I've not seen another bike like it.

ur bike is worth about 2 pennies now, u can sell it for about $20 but no more it is to old, and heavy. mongoose is a good name but way to many things go wrong with the bike fast just sell it cheaply because it isnt worth more then the price above

it really is not worth more than maybe $50 and it wont last long because it is one of those kmart bikes would try a local bike shop. The rear shock is crap and the front is decent but overall not good bike.
