What is this microwave circular thing called...?

Know how there's a plate that spins around and it sits on top of this circular device with little wheels that help turn the plate while cooking but this circular device isn't attached to the microwave? It's more or less there to help keep the plate balanced. What is that thing called? I lost mine while moving and I can't find a new one online unless I know what the thing is called. :/ Thanks.
