What's the difference between heart condition chest pains and anxiety/panic attack chest pains?

Had a bas panic attack and now my chest still hurts a day later?

  • Last night i had a bad panic attack and my heart was throbbing. After it was over istill had cheat discomfort in the left side of my chest where my pectorial is. I went to the hospital last night and they check my heart rate, blood pressure, took an xeay of my heart and everything was normal. I told them istill jad discomfort and they stull dont know whats wrong. Today i still have chest pains and discmfort in the same area. So i went to my usual family doctor an he checked me out and said everything was normal. He sent me home with a 24 hour heart monior so im going back tomorrow. My chest i still having pains and discomfort up til now. What could be the problem? Is this normal after a panic attack? I have anxiety and im 17 years old. Whats going on? I also a hard time breathing.

When you have a panic attack, your whole body goes into flight or fight mode and all your muscles get extremely tight and tense. Its extremely normal what your feeling right now. give it a day or so for things to go back to normal
