    You need to contact the school that you attended & see what they can tell you most likely someone in bursar's office or accounting also, you need to consider that you might not be allowed to start back with Fin Aid, possibly have to pay out-of-pocket for at least 1 semester because of the effects of W/F on all of those classes in that last semester at school make sure you also address this with Fin Aid.... if you are planning to use things like Pell Grant this time Even if your FAFSA showed you as eligible, that only means you are eligible from an economic standpoint.... the FAFSA application has not taken into account your eligibility from an ACADEMIC standpoint Generally speaking, to be able to use FAFSA Your GPA must be 2.0 or higher Your percentage of passing/completion must be at 67.7% or higher and you must meet SAP (Satisfactory Academic Performance)
