What is this song and who is it by?

Who sings this song and what is it called?

  • Ok so a few years ago i heard this song, and to this day i still dont know who it is was by and what it was called. i shall do my best to describe it. i heard it at a bar club place in london called 'the church'. its essentially a slightly older man talking but with melody and he also sings, so its kinda sing talking if you know what i mean, a little bit like Leonard Cohen. when ive described this song to other people in the past they mentioned him. if it is, its not his later songs as he sounds older than the guy in the song. could be in the middle somewhere. but the song is this man talk singing until it goes into the chorus later on and he begins to sing, the only part i remember in the chorus is a WOAH OH OH (thats pathetic i know but i just remember the entire crowd singing along and i was too drunk to remember any words:P) i guess another way to describe it is frank Sinatra's 'its my way'(slightly different so dont get too hung up on that clue) but he kind of talk sings and then it goes into singing if you know what i mean. i think its the kind of song that is great by its own but can also be played in clubs/bars and everyone can sing allong to it, except me!!!damn it. any way if anyone has any ideas i would be forever great full.
