click forgot password, and they send a reset link to your email account (not your facebook account) so you have to have access to your email still too

you did not clarify that you want to reset password which you have or you want to reset password which you have forgoent?? btw i will tell you both way.first click on forget password and they will show you three option select them according to you and another is go on home->account settings->password edit. i hope it will prove useful for you.
