How to increase stamina for football?

Ok im a very great athlete but how can i improve my running stamina?

  • ok im a very great athlete starting lineman for my football team im a track star 1 of the fastest kids out there yet im the biggest in weight at 250lbs big guy right? i really relize my talents as an athlete i got in trouble at school and my parents were worried ide lose sports but my princeale said i was to good of an athlete to lose them but here is my problem i need to increase my stamina sure im fast but i cant keep it up for long periods of time thats why im not in a running event in track (i throw ) so what can i do to increase it and reach new hieghts in sports

To do that you have to increase your weekly mileage by 10% each week for three weeks and on the fourth week repeat the mileage of the last week. to give a chance to get an opportunity to regain strength. Repeat this cycle until you can do ten miles slow run easily. After that you increase mileage by two miles every two weeks. You have to hear how it feels every time so that you will not be exhausted or injured.
