How do you set up a WiFi connection on the WII?

• I'm trying to set up my wii to a wifi that requires a password and username to get access to. Like when I'm on my computer, I need to input my password and username when prompted. So when I'm trying to set up the wii wireless connection, I'm not understanding which security settings to use that will allow me to enter a password AND username.

  The "user name" you may be referring to is just your home wifi name, such as linksys or belkin 346a or whatever you named your router. The password is defined in your router settings on your computer. Check the owner's manual for how to set this up, or search online with the router's model number for the address to use in your browser to get to your router settings. From there, you will need to either setup the router security setting to unsecured, which doesn't use a password (not recommended), or secured it with a WEP or PSK type password, and mirror afterwards in the Wii Internet settings. You shouldn't have any problems.
