How does Stephen A Smith still have a job at espn?

Since I work for a living I am unable to watching ESPN during the middle of the day, which is kind of nice because I'm sheltered from Stephan A Smith's air time. Yesterday I stayed home and made it about 10 minutes before I had to change the channel to get away from this clown. Can someone please enlighten me as to why/how Stephan A Smith has a job?

That's why he's there. And the beautiful thing? If you don't like him, ESPN has other channels with other talking heads. As for Skip Bayless, I don't think anybody named "Skip" is credible in anything.
