Reactionary rash on my face, how can I get rid of it?

I have a small rash on my face , how do I get rid of it ? ?

  • I've had a small rash on my cheek for about 3 weeks going on 4 weeks now , I really want to get rid of it. It doesn't make me feel good. It doesn't itch or anything , it's just there . & i'm worried that it won't come off :( is there any opinions or ideas of how to get rid of it ? Please help !! :'(
