For Xbox 360, you would hold the middle button on your controller and navigate over to "Redeem Code". Then type the code on your card. The points or content will be added to your account. PSN is very similar. You can go to the PSN store and choose to redeem code. Same thing happens. So those are the various ways to get MW3 DLC!
