Most importantly you need to be working to become a better Soccer player each and every single day. If you think you’re “good enough” you’re wrong. Make a commitment to improve in some way every day and you will be on the road to Soccer success. If you want to become better you should be looking to improve all areas of your game not just a select few: Technical Skill, Physical Fitness, Mental Toughness, and Tactical Understanding. First of all you need to start training on your own - work to improve the basic ball skills, dribbling, shooting, passing, and ball control. Example: Dribble a ball around the house, practice your passing and shooting on a wall for 10 minutes a day. Work to improve your fitness: strength, power, speed, acceleration, endurance, and flexibility. Example: every second day do 50 push ups, 100 squats, and 50 sit ups .... go for a run every morning, gradually increasing your speed each time. Next you need to always give your best effort on the field. Remember you only have one chance to play that game so leave it all out there. Make a promise to yourself to be the hardest working player on the field, every time you step on the field. You should also start watching professional Soccer at least 1 game per week, you can learn so much from pros. Don't just watch the ball, watch specific players and watch what they do both on and off the ball. Run drills, like suicides, stair-drills, Interval-drills. every other day, for about 30-60 mins(push yourself) Basically drills where you explode for short periods, then fall back into a 'jogging' intensity. That confusion, will help you improve your endurance and stamina quickly, because your body will next to simply train stamina, also train control, and pacing, which is essential to stay fresh late games. Then rest up the day before the game, so your body has the extra energy at the ready.

Ill give you a tip as i myself used this and also i still use this. Its just if there is a ground near your house or any park you just have to do running and jogging on normal pace for 9 km everyday in just 15 days you will feel a change in yourself. I have self applied this so thats why i know and run until the last strength remains in you then go home and sleep do this for 15 days you will be different as you will increase your strength and stamina both. Do give me feed back about this thanks.

I just run until I am tired every day and I just can last longer and longer. I run my mile in 5:25 minutes now, i am 15, when I was 13 I ran it in 8:00 minutes. I have weekend games in which I partake in 3 games and are in for around 8/10ths of the game in each, and I help out at a soccer clinic that same morning on saturday from 8-2 so I become exhaused by the days end. But, I can last longer and feel a little less tired every week. basically just push yourself
