HOW TO REMOVE STALE ADMIN ACCOUNT ON WINDOWS 7?

  • Hi all, Hope all of u can solve my problem... Before this i used Win 7 32bit with domain, yesterday i change my Win 7 to 64bit but when i try to join same domain, system detect my computer already have and need to remove stale account conflicting first. But when i browse user in my laptop, no old account show... just only my latest account... so what i need to do? how to remove invisible old account? Thanks..

    I would think you can do that somewhere in the control pannel, but I would not know where to look without going in and doing that myself... Mabey try to ask a tech support group or contact windows actually, they have a forum for that and they can probably remove the account with you step by step. It's a mess doing this, I can tell you that much, get help from those professionals. I think theyre called sevenforums or something, search windows 7 forums on google
