How to play audio ALAC on Android?

Why I cant open android market/google play on Android SDK?

I downloaded android SDK. i have installed android market. but when I launch it, it says "you must add an account to the device to continue. Do you want to add one now?", then I choose "Yes", after that, the app automatically exits. whats the problem? I tried android market and Google play on android 2.3 and android 4.0.3. please help me. thanks
