How To Become Vegetarian?

How can i become a vegetarian without my parents knowing?

  • so i want to be a vegetarian and no it isn't because "everybody is doing it" that is definitely not the case ... its because i really love animals, the environment, and my body, i think that certain kinds of meat are harmful to the body so i am deciding to quit eating them .... only one problem with that .... my dad will not let me ... he says if god didn't want us to eat meat then he wouldn't have let us have his animals ... i told him that me not wanting to eat meat has nothing to do with that it just shows my Independence and what i want for myself ... my mom says yes i can become a vegetarian but i have to convince my father ... she thinks its a good thing for me but my dad is so damn stubborn hell never let me do this ... so does anyone know how i can either convince him to let me be a vegetarian or just be a vegetarian behind his back? thankxxx love yah <3 ';-}

    Honestly... who cares what your dad says? You should be asking for support, not permission. I'm assuming you're at least 13-14. I went vegetarian when I was 12 with barley any support. My parents just bought basic groceries, and I put my own meals together. Your father's logic is a bunch of crap. It's just another stereotypical excuse he is using to support his lifestyle. He has no idea what he is talking about. You have your mother's support. That's all you need.

Honestly... who cares what your dad says? You should be asking for support, not permission. I'm assuming you're at least 13-14. I went vegetarian when I was 12 with barley any support.
