Why do I have incomplete results with Yahoo mail search?

In my Yahoo Mail search results, why do I get "There appears to be a problem loading the email "?

• Over the last two days worth of emails are gone from my inbox on my computer and phone. Well when I search for emails within the last two days I can find them but cannot open any of the e-mails from my search results, I just get the message "There appears to be a problem loading the email" and a Retry button. However, even after clicking Retry, the message never appears. This seems to defeat the benefit of having a search function.

Try to remember if you have installed any software in your PC since the problem started.If the software is a malware or containing a Trojan that is the reason for it.Just uninstall the software from your PC.
