Startek, technically the answers are correct, but you are only a PR, of the US not a Citizen, you are still traveling under an Indian Passport. You will need the Passport, produce your PR card, also a letter authorizing you or allowing you to drive that vehicle by the registered owner. Refer to the amended immigration act of 2009., relates to US and Canadian "Citizens".
