How to deal with jealousy?

  • I think jealousy runs in my family. My mother, ALL of my five siblings. I am in a happy relationship now for two years. I thought i wouldnt have to fight the feeling of jealousy this long. My last relationship was four years and it never completely went away. Maybe i am a little worse after that last relationship because he quite literally refused my advances to play mmo's and watch pornography. But the man I am with now is WONDERFUL. I know he would never hit me or cheat on me or betray me. I can trust him to be there for me to the best of his ability. And yet I am jealous. It's REALLY bad, too. I have fought the feeling and dont want to anymore. I hold it in and it is starting to give me stomach aches. I would like to know if anyone else out there has dealt with this kind of thing before, and has advice for me. It is very painful. I need advice so I can learn how to let go, relax and just enjoy how beautiful life has been these last two years. Thank you for any helpful answers. :)

so your jealous of.. what? Just appreciate what you have, and if you can't do that then work your butt of to achieve the best 'you' you can be and if that doesn't work you're farked.
