How do you deactivate a netflix account for wii?

Problem with netflix for wii. how do i fix it?

• my little cousin is over a lot and watches netflix on my wii but my mother set up a netflix account. once in a while after a episode at the end of it a message pops up saying. it looks like Netflix has be deactivated on this device. It could be an issue with Your account, or perhaps your device was deactivated on Netflix.com. how ever i remember my mom's email and password for it and when i got there i didn't see devices on my pc. is that a problem on netflix, my wii or just the account it's self? please help. by the way if i go back to the wii menu i can restart netflix and watch another episode but on netflix for kids seems to be the problem. can anyone tell me what is wrong?

  Hey Gary it's me again. About your Netflix, are you streaming off Internet or are you using the Wii Netflix Disc? The disc should let you stream instantly with no problem. If streaming the app off internet without the disc, your Wii should give you an activation code. go to www.netflix.com/wii and activate you Wii from there. If you have already, try deactivating it and reactivating your device. Well i guess best bet is to contact Netflix yourself. It's probably a problem with Netflix for Kids its self, maybe try re-installing Netflix on your Wii.
