How To Open Mp4 File On X6?

My home made mp4 video will not open and reads file error!?

• All of my other videos open that I had recorded that day, but even when I view the list of videos in my Sony Bloggie Live, it shows the thumbnail of the video in question and when I click to play it, it says FILE ERROR. I tried to open it up; in quick time which is the application that always opens my mp4 videos and it said error -2048: Couldn't open the file mah00000.mp4 because it is not a file that QuickTime understands. Even when I try to vie it on the SOny Bloggie Live, it is reading file error. I don't get it its a 111,616 kb file, so it did record and the thumbnail is viewable! Is there anyway to get this file fixed because a video of my 3 yr old and its special and important to me?
