Sorry but you would not qualify to immigrate to Canada with your skill level. There is no shortage of unemployed or underemployed shipping documentation or advanced computer skills people. The only way for you would be to obtain higher education. The qualifications to immigrate to both the US and Canada are very high as both those nations seek highly educated immigrants. Even if you do qualify to immigrate to Canada, the process will take many years and that does not guarantee you will find any work in Canada either. Look through http://www.cic.gc.ca and learn the one and only proper way to apply to immigrate to Canada.

The immigration demands of the US are VERY high. You may be able to work on a temporary basis. But if you intend to migrate to the US based upon an employer sponsoring you, which is needed, think again. Plus, employment is still high in America, and rightly so preference is given to local labor.

You need a sponsor (employer) for a USA work visa - you can't apply for one on your own. http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_1750.html Check with US companies in your country and local companies with offices in the USA. For example, Hilton and Marriott hire international staff as interns. Good luck!
