I NEED HELP. i have a job interview for mcdonalds next week.10 points to the best answer?

theyre going to ask you questions about past employement, responsibility, how you are at dealing with customers and your collegues. make sure you are showered and dont have your hair in your face at all, shaven, dont even bring your phone into the interview, leave it at home. you dont have to dress really fancy just keep it clean, nice and conservative. good luck!!!

where something good but not to nice i mean its a McDonalds just wear a polo shirt and some jeans. they will ask about your strangeths weaknesses and things like that he will also asked what makes you qualified. but as i said its a McDonalds you dont have to come off as a geneus. idk if you smoke or not but i dout they drug test but if you do you should prolly drink a lot of water anyways (justsaying)

McDonald's? First off, can't you get a better job or did you not receive the grades you wanted? The hiring manager will most likely ask you off any experience in and around a kitchen, probably something about teamwork, experience on a register, are you flexible to work different roles. As its McDonald's, I don't think a suit and tie would be necessary. A nice pair of jeans, a t shirt and a nice pair of shoes will probably be sufficient. Good luck.

Answer honestly. If they give you an assessment, answer honestly no matter what. Those tests are usually there to see if you are a trustworthy person... I know Mc Donalds gives tests online so I am assuming you passed that part. SMILE. Always make the customers feel welcome. If the interviewer asks you what you think is an important thing to do, say SMILE. Please, and thank you, "May I please take your order?" Etc. Connecting with your customers and making them feel welcome is a big thing. Have a clean shave or at least decent looking facial hair depending on their rules, wear some nice clothes(jeans and nice shirt maybe), maybe get a haircut if you have low hair or comb back if you have long hair, just do WHATEVER looks nice. Think about past experiences where you had to use Team Work or had to work with someone you didn't like(like in school). The interviewer may ask you to give an example of something like that :) Be calm.. rational.. and accept any hours if possible. For example, if the manager wants you to work the night shift or a Friday/Saturday night and you are capable of doing that, just say yes, I'm sure it will increase your chances of getting the job. :D

Take this from an employee...it is HELL on earth working at McDonalds! Its not easy..you have SOME nice people..but alot of the employees are rude and its hot and they work you like a slave. And if you work in a store full of big people(i do haha see why they say fast food is bad) and they are all loud and crap. Like I can never get by and the managers they be like Kelly what are your doing? I be like..I cant get by..I had to wait for them to move...trust me you wont like it its hell on earth..please consider going to college and live off a loan. Take it from me honey. Yes its quick money but its not worth it
