What kinda jobs can people behind the camera do?

What are some good jobs for 13 year olds?

  • Ok, before you leave a answer saying "enjoy being young!" i just wanna get something strait. I have a obsession with photography/video making. and i want my own camera. I have done about 15 photography jobs, and i have to use my dads camera. i thought that if i do enough jobs that i will earn enough to get my own camera. but people only pay me 10-20 dollars per session. and i have already made business cards that say $30 per session after i learned that people were going to pay so little. And to me thats a good price. Because i edit the photos to make them look better on a PROFESSIONAL photo editor but i also give the client a disc of the virgin copys. so i really want to know if you have any ideas to help me better my photograpy plan, or if you have any ideas of jobs a 13 year old could do. (please don't say house hold chores because i already do those but don't get paid.)

    Sad but true, you're not allowed to work until you are at least 15, and when you're 15, you have to have a work permit. Perhaps you could try selling your work on Deviant Art, or something similar.

OK, I would try making the price a little cheaper, like $, make flyers, and ask friends. People under estimate you because you ARE still 13 so dont get too discouraged. Good luck !
