Can You Get Banned On Playstation Home For A False Report?

  • Well i was in playstation home i barely join a room there and stand there and enjoy the view. oh my playstation home screen name is based on a famous singer anyways, some guy just came up to me and told me her music sucks meaning the singer i have as my screen name. i just told him so do you and please leave me alone. then he says i would if you wern't a guy pretending to be a girl. i mean he don't even knows me so i said actually i am girl and why are you still talking to me? do you know what leave me alone means - then i walk away again to another spot there he follows me again thats when i told him please leave me alone and quit following me i have done nothing to you. again i move to another spot he again follows me , so i told him i am going to report him for stalking that usually makes them go away, then he says .. discriminating .. he leaves for a bit comes back telling me he reported me for discriminating him like wtf when did i ever did anything that had to do with discriminating now i am just concern if he really did what will happen does playstation reads the chat and know he start to be rude first and false accustations? anyways please help thank you : )

    Yes. Mods ban you if you are reported. It doesn't matter if you didn't do anything.

He didn't do a damn thing. Even if he did, it takes a lot of reports to get ya' banned. So don't get ya' knickers in a twist, lass.

You have nothing to worry about. Reports are only checked if their is a multitude on one person in a short period of time. They will then check the logs which will prove your innocence. So, do not worry, you are safe.
