Are you 18 or older? If not, then you have NO RIGHTS. The internet connection is not yours, since you are a minor. So, as a guest using the connection, you are subject to any restrictions imposed by the account owner. As a parent and taxpayer, I completely understand WHY your access is being limited. What USE is game playing in learning how to be a better person? Or a useful member of society? So, as a minor, it is your job to learn HOW to live on your own one day. If there is no benefit to help you DO this, then there is no point in doing it, is there/ THAT is why he limits you to avoid wasting your time and his on a pointless endeavor. Wasting time is serious business for us adults. In school, they limit social networking sites like facebook because they are nothing more than playtime, serving no useful purpose in the education provided at taxpayer dollar expense. The solution is to get your own connection. If YOU pay for the connection, then YOU make the rules for the USE of the connection. As a minor though, you can not legally engage in commerce, so getting your own connection presents a problem under the law regarding what a minor can DO. An internet provider can not legally engage with a minor in business. It never ceases to amaze me that people like you value these time wasting games so highly. All it does is cost you money and for WHAT? WHAT do you GET for the money that is spent?
