    try sprinting in between your running as well for about 8 seconds. if you run to much, you will lose muscle as well. sprinting shapes your body better than running and sprinting also causes your heart to be healthier as well.

Run everyday,that surely helps but not for an hour. 15 Minutes of non - stop running is enough. Even if you run more,your knees cant bear the weight of body. Do other workouts too.Running alone wont help to reduce weight. And dont eat junk,eat only good food. And be patient and positive,it takes so long to lose weight,specially 20 pounds

Depending on your age, you might not be able to run every day. I need a day or 2 off between runs but I'm over 40 (how is that even possible?) Ease into it if you are just starting. Warm up, cool down. Do some more research on the subject. Enjoy it.

Yes that will help but it won't be a quick process. Also,try jogging at a regular speed it helps!!!
