What is the name of a Slovak, Polish, Hungarian Easter tradition where they make all kinds of meats ?
-
My family has been doing this since forever. We make sausage, ham, turkey, stuffing, hard-boiled eggs and a Easter cheese, cut it all up into bite sides and serve it all on one big plate. We also make a bread called Paska. We call the meat plate "Senteld" or "centelt"... im not sure what the spelling is or what nationality its from.
