How do I turn off tabs with the Yahoo toolbar?

My yahoo toolbar has been "hijacked"/turned into something called "visicom coupons" - WTF?

i usually open up four browser tabs when i turn on my compooter, and the yahoo toolbar is one of several at the top of my opening homepage - this afternoon, i "lit up', and instead of the yahoo bar, there's this thing calling itself "visicom coupons", w/ a pull-down menu for variously themed coupons [presumably] where did my yahoo toolbar go? it DOES appear on alternate browser screens, but what's going on? i never said OK to such, nor did i ever order this - whence cometh this weird interloper?
