How do i take webcam pictures?

    open up the program on the computer that controls your cam- if you don't know what that is, right click "my computer" select "manage" in the left window select "devices" on the right, find your camera, right click it and select "open" but if that isn't an option select "properties" in there should be an option to start using your camera.
