Hi, IT specialist here. There are ways to bypass any porn blocking software. The best solution here is to replace the windows operating with Ubuntu or Linux Mint(I personally prefer Ubuntu 10.04, the more recent versions use Unity which I do not like). While it is still a very user friendly operating system like Windows, it is immune to basically all viruses and therefor your brother can watch as much porn as he wants without destroying the computer. Also I recommend the "Web of Trust" add-on for his browser, as it shows which websites can be trusted and which are known for distributing malware.If his browser of choice does not support this add-on, he is using the wrong type of browser. EDIT: Please do not trust Aney Me's response. That is a spam website that is not to be trusted. Just look it up on the Web of Trust I mentioned earlier.
