How do u block a phone number from texting and calling on a Galaxy Prevail?

i have a person who keeps calling and obessing over me and he already runied my life enough. he made everything worse and he stalks me. im scared but i dont want him to call me anymore. im tired and because of him i lost my boyfriend. he doesnt want me to b happy without him. im happy wothout him but he keeps stalking and texting me and calling and i dont want that..
