Snow began to fall during the early morning and continued steadily into the afternoon. At 5:00am, a snow plow began removing snow from a road of fixed width, at a constant rate. The plow traveled 4 miles by 8:00am and an additional 2 miles by 12:00pm. At what time did the snow begin to fall? I got an an answer of one hour before 5:00 a.m. or 4:00 a.m., but wanted to make sure it is right before I turn it in. Thanks in advance.
