Maybe since it the last year you are technically a child (not 18) You should have a mockery of a kids party. Do a tribute to all your favorite birthday things growing up. IDK what you were into but do your favorite childhood cartoon theme, then play pin the tail on the donkey (or the horns on your least favorite star), bob for apples (or lemons lol), have a birthday cake to smash (like your first birthday), have balloons to pop and anything else you can remember from your childhood birthdays, and just have stupid fun with it.

Hire a male stripper, get Chinese takeout, watch a few movies movie, get a ton of soda and chips and sweets.

Birthday party is very important. So you help poor people with your friend.then you will go a short tour and take dinner.
