How to set effect on video?

Is it possible to set up two video cards to one monitor?

    If you have 2 pci express x16 slots on your mobo you can but not if you don't. A lot of them only have one slot.

You mean like SLI/Crossfiring 2 cards onto one monitor?? I don't get it

Look up the term "CrossFire" if you're using ATI cards, or "SLI" if you're using nvidia.

Never tried having two video cards connected to one monitor but I suspect that two video cards in one machine will not work because of the conflict between them -- any way, there is only one slot for AGP graphics cards (forget PCI Graphic cards) -- What you can do is the same as myself :-- Run two PC towers and one Monitor with one Mouse and one Keyboard I have a switch box situated between the two PC towers, I plug into this switch box a single monitor then the mouse and keyboard Then from the switch box are cables to the PC towers I can turn each PC on and then switch between the two Computers -- Dead Easy
